Watercolor Fairy-Tale Collage Based on three popular German fairy tales by the brothers Grimm - Frau Holle, Rumpelstilzchen and der gestiefelte Kater - the children drew the main characters of these old fashioned stories as they imagined them. We then colored, cut and rearranged the figures to new characters with the original German story text in the background. Our Frau Holle collage is presented in a black frame containing all three of the characters, while Rumpelstilzchen and der gestiefelte Kater each consist of a series of three drawings within white frames.
